The Christmas Gift Guide Part I: Gifts for Her

Now that Thanksgiving is officially over, Christmas mode is in full effect around my house. This means that the season of gift giving is among us, and it can be overwhelming to think about all the things we have to buy for the special people in our life. There are great holiday gifts for every budget and every gorgeous person in your life, and you can find great gifts without having to break the bank!

Here is Part I of my ultimate Christmas Gift Guide focused on women (next week, I’ll turn our focus onto men’s gift ideas). I’ve broken down these gift ideas into categories to fit all the different gals in your life.

The Makeup Lovers

This is for the girl in your life who is always up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, whose hair and makeup is always on point. For this type of girl, I suggest items such as lipstick, face masks, and beauty gift sets. Lipsticks and face masks run on the lower price end, while makeup sets can cost you anywhere from $20-$50 depending on your price range. Sephora is a great place to find these types of gifts, and they have TONS of different kits that include skin care, haircare, makeup, and makeup brushes. Mini sizes of hand creams, face masks, and lip balms also make great add-on gifts or stocking stuffers for any girls. Here are some of my fave picks:

Dr. Jart Water Replenishment Sheet Mask, $6

TARTE Quench Squad Hydrating Mini Lip Set, $20

Too Faced Under the Christmas Tree Face & Eye Set, $49

The Fashionistas

I think this must be my fave category — all of you guys know how much I love clothing and accessories! These are for those girls in your life who can always spot the best shoes, bags, and clothes and can throw them all together seamlessly into one fabulous outfit. In this category, I recommend great bags, scarves, a silk eye mask, leather belts, a glam robe, boots, sunglasses, a cashmere sweater, a marble phone case, and a jean jacket that can be personalized with her name.

There are so many great fashion-friendly gifts this year that I am loving. Here are 3 of my fave options:

Faux Fur Eye Mask, $27

J Crew Cape-Scarf, $70

The Jean Jacket in Pinter Wash, $118

The Wellness Girls

This is for the girl who always finds time for self care and who loves to relax. She is into healthy eating, taking care of herself, and finding time to decompress. In this category, some great options are candles, journals, bath pillows, cotton robes, bath bombs, yoga mats, and bathtub caddies (yes, there’s even room for your book and a glass of wine). With gifts like these, your friend will be relaxing right into the New Year.

Here are some of my top recommendations:

Bath & Body Works Fresh Balsam Candle, $20

Textiles Unisex Waffle Weave Bathrobe, $45

The Mom’s

This is for the mama’s like ME who are always on the go but deserve some much needed special attention this Christmas. With all the craziness that goes on during this time of year, moms are doing it all! So how can we give the ultimate thank you to those gorgeous mom’s? Great gift ideas are tree ornaments, wine glasses, fuzzy slippers, perfume, a beauty/spa gift certificate from your local spa, a cozy throw blanket, a great book, pajamas, and of course any kind of jewelry.

West Elm Coziest Throw Blanket, $39

Leopard Bracelet, Turquoise Bracelet, Serena Necklace

Gold Dusted Ornament, $14

Cheeky Doormats, $39

The Tech Savvy Girl

Do you know someone who’s always up-to-date on the latest tech trends? She has smart everything, and is always looking fabulous with the newest and best technologies. Even though these tech devices are often super expensive, I’ve found some great tech-y stuff that you can get without completely going overboard! These are things like Amazon’s Echo dot, a smart watch, waterproof e-reader, a bluetooth speaker, phone charging stand, smart water bottle, oil diffuser and bluetooth speaker in one, touchscreen gloves, and and even a yoga mat that pairs with Amazon Alexa to guide you through a yoga practice (and it rolls itself up!)! Here are some of my best picks for the gadget lover who is always looking for the next coolest thing:

Satechi Aluminum Lightening Charger Stand, $24

Mogu Essential Oil Diffuser with Bluetooth Speaker, $60,

Backlash Fit Yoga Mat, $89.99

The Always-Entertainer

If you know a girl who LOVES to cook and is always entertaining, then this category is perfect for her. She’d love things such as a great cheese board, an apron, tea towels, coasters, a cookbook, mini herb garden, and of course monogrammed wine glasses. Here are 3 of my favorites;

Mason Jar Indoor Herb Garden, $20

Cathy’s Concepts Monogram Stemless Wine Glasses 4pk, $42,

William’s Sonoma Cooper Hammered Bar Tool Set, $80

I hope this list gets you well on your way to finding something for all those great girls in your life - even if it's to the tune of inspiration! There is no need to stress or leave your shopping to the last minute! Get started now to save a major headache later.
